The shed

We're a team, together we accomplish more, and we like to accomplish things. It feels good and when we work together pooling our gifts and talents, not only is it fun, but it's better than if we did it alone.
We've been looking at this build it yourself shed in our garage for the past couple of weeks, talking about putting it together. It's big, and it's hot outside and quite frankly we have been putting it off because we didn't want to start it and find out that it was going to be difficult.
Sunday morning was the big day.....we pulled out the directions and went for it. After laying it all out and making sure the parts were all there, we were ready to "getter done"!  Now one if us is prone to hustling and getting things done quickly and one of us likes to slowly and methodically think about it step by step. One of us gets frustrated quickly, and one of us doesn't get bothered very easily. One of us likes to put things together, and one of us hates it. It doesn't matter who is who, but that together we did it, and we had a great time sweating and then jumping in our pool. It didn't take us very long. We had been putting it off making a big deal out of nothing. We are so glad that we finally went for it, and that we have each other to balance out all of our deficits.
Two are better than one.....

Good job with getting the shed built. it's so true that we can do much more together than apart. It's awesome to see your others blogs & just how God is holding you in His arms & blessing you. I'm keeping on in the prayer dept, especially for the sores to finish healing!!

Dear Mike and Susan,
Thank you for keeping us up to date with your blog. We're still praying for your complete healing and that the sores in your throat GO AWAY.

Ya gotta love those home improvement projects. It is all I seem to do now that I own a house.
Did I mention we have a 4 car garage; ergh, ergh, ergh! (man sounds) Life is good.
Take care,
Lodes
