I promised several people that I would show them what is happening to my face. I am actually getting used to it and the pain/burning is not really bothering me anymore. The swelling is most uncomfortable because it makes my skin feel dry and tight. I know.....I look terrible...oh well.
the moral of the story, USE SUNSCREEN...
I should be back to normal in a few weeks. This is but a mere insignificant bump in my life.

The Lord is, and has been so good and I am so grateful for all that my life is. Heading into the new year I am overwhelmed when I reflect back on His faithfulness. This past year we never lacked one thing. Our every need was covered, our prayers answered, and we were so loved. It made me a better person. Mike's cancer brought blessing after blessing to our lives, and I can say that I am thankful for what it taught me.
