almost home

It's done, officially the chemo and radiation are over. The mask and I are coming home tomorrow.
I feel pretty lousy but
" We will not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but will be strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform."
Romans 4:20-21
We will HOLD FAST, and wait on the Lord as we go home, heal and wait to see what the outcome of this will be.  My song today? Home on the Range"
Susan's song today" I feel good" by James Brown, she is harassing me and won't stop singing it.
It's keeping me smiling.

aloha mike-
fed ex is trying to deliver something again today. i just read you are heading home, don't head home with out your gift package. the fed ex tracking number is 864348146136 if you need to have them send it to an alternate address. the best thing about going home is having your own shower back.

Michael...

OOOH so glad you are homeward bound. As we say here in Cypress.... There's no place like home!!

Joke for the day...

A new pastor was visiting the homes of his parishioners.

At one house it seemed obvious that someone was at home, but no answer came to his repeated knocks at the door. Therefore, he took out a card and wrote "Revelation 3:20" on the back of it and stuck it in the door.

When the offering was processed the following Sunday, he found that his card had been returned. Added to it was this cryptic message, Genesis 3:10."

Reaching for his Bible to check out the citation, he broke up in gales of laughter.

Revelation 3:20 begins "Behold, I stand at the door and knock." Genesis 3:10 reads, "I heard your voice in the garden and I was afraid, for I was naked."

Remember Mike: Matt 11:28
"Come to Me all who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest."

I know you are weary and you can't feel your butt, so rest in our Savior and let Him carry you the rest of the way.

Hold Fast...
